The National Citizenship Award and Scholarship Program is open to every graduating high school or CEGEP student from coast-to-coast-to-coast.  This non-renewable scholarship is valued at $1000 and tenable at any post-secondary institution.

Selection Process

The Future Aces’ National Citizenship Award and Scholarship Program selection process is one of the most rigorous scholarship programs in Canada.  We rely on a network of over 40  volunteers  to assist us in making our selections each year.

The following is a breakdown of the selection process for the Citizenship Award and Scholarship:

  • Applications are received in the office and ranked by quantifiable measurements
  • Preliminary Selection Committee volunteers vet applications
  • Advanced applications are distributed to Selection Committee readers
  • On Selection Day, readers come together in their teams to discuss their applicants and make final selections
