Thank you for your interest in Future Aces. Attached is information that should help the staff and parents of your school decide if the Future Aces Philosophy reflects the values you would like to see in your school and community. Future Aces is a proactive character-building initiative that can become the foundation to support other social skills programs.

Hundreds of schools have introduced Future Aces to their students. Many use its values daily to reinforce their character development, equity and safe schools programs deterring bullying, violence and other inappropriate behaviour. With effective application, students begin to internalize the message moving them towards more respectful behaviour, improved grades and a desire to become better citizens. Implementation varies from school to school and many educators report positive changes within the first few months.


The following steps help to ensure a successful implementation process.

1. A staff workshop is essential to understand the background and initial steps in implementing this positive approach for handling daily challenges.

2. A student motivational presentation introduces character attributes and inspires the positive behaviour change schools wish to instill.

3. In-services reinforce character development and equity initiatives fostering a more positive school environment. (See list of in-services available.)

4. A parent presentation or workshop encourages support through home use of the philosophy strengthening positive values and behaviour at home and school.

5. An annual symposium or leadership conference supports the integration of school character development. Students participate in esteem and team building exercises with a goal to implement community service projects that benefit society.

6. In late August the Summer Institute allows educators to share ideas and learn about new resources that will keep Future Aces thriving within their schools and communities.
